Exchange Policy

We offer size exchange only if the size received does not fit you.

Exchange Eligibility

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags intact.

  • Exchange is subject to size availability.

  • Customers must provide the order number and clear photos of the product if requested.

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

  • Products without original tags and packaging.

  • Customized or personalized products (if applicable).


Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind.

  • Incorrect size selection by the customer.

  • Color or design expectations due to screen display differences.

Refund Eligibility

A refund will be provided only if the customer receives a damaged or defective product.

To Request a Refund

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share:

    • Order Number

    • Clear photos/videos of the damaged product

    • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

After verification, the refund will be approved.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective product

  • A wrong item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos/videos. Our team will review the request and provide a suitable resolution, including replacement or refund.


Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
